Rob believes, that it is nearly impossible to starve in the Australian Wilderness.

The variety of edible things in nature are by far more, of what can be found in a supermarket. And anyone who can overcome the own barrier of repulse, will discover how tasty snakes, bushrats and fish guts really are.

Our documentary film is by far not a sensation show of the yucky food offerings in the menu card of the Australian bush! Much more; it was Robs aspiration to offer the viewer a movie which passes on his practical knowledge which he partly learned from aboriginals and his own experiences collected from years of travelling and exploring.

With lots of humour he explains the most important survival tricks while he cooks up everything that moves right on the spot. Come on a adventure trip through some fascinating Australian scenery and at the same time learn  how easy it is, to become self-sufficient for your next Aussie holiday. However, after seeing this documentary you will view your Sunday roast with complete different eyes. Enjoy your meal!

BUSH TUCKER BANQUET

In BUSH TUCKER BANQUET
Rob Bredl gives us a light hearted, entertaining and informative guide to bush tucker in the 20th century Australian bush.

For Rob Bredl and his mate John Robinson, the bush is just one big playground. Togetherthey travel deep into far north Queensland's gulf country to show us what's toeat, what's nice and what's not.

As they journey, we learn important lessons on how to live off the land and onbush track travel. In his bush tucker kitchen the Barefoot Bushman prepares suchthings as feral rat, barramundi sausage and cane toad legs and gives some goodadvice on how to save on the supermarket bill.

Rob Bredl uses traditional aboriginal trapping and hunting techniques and a fewof his own to show just how easy it is to get a feed in the bush if you are nottoo fussy.
